Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years of experience selling technology solutions in the enterprise space, showcasing a history of exceeding sales targets. - + 1 year experience working at a growing startup. - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. Requirements - Mastery in navigating complex sales cycles engaging with C-suite and senior management to address their unique challenges. - Proficiency in articulating the value of our products, aligning with the specific needs and compliance requirements amongst complex organizations. - Strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Completed MEDDPICC Training | Command of The Message or Equivalents. • Building our next generation IT workflow automation tooling using Temporal and Go running on Kubernetes. • Collaborate with the engineering team on dogfooding Teleport, specifically Teleport Identity (identity governance) and Teleport Policy (access policies). • Building hardened security & automation for macOS endpoints. • Writing IT automation using tools like Terraform, shell scripts, and Go. • Writing integrations with tools like Panther, Jamf Pro, Okta, Rippling, Google Chrome Enterprise. • Traditional IT Helpdesk tasks of helping internal customers with access, lockout, integrations, and configuration.

• Own partner sourced (partner originated) pipeline and revenue (quota) number in region • Recruit, on-board and manage partners to drive co-sell • Establish and build business plans for regional go-to partners that align to sales goal • Present the Teleport portfolio and partner program benefits to partner leadership • Continuously work with cross-functional teams to train/enable/certified partners in region • Drive account mapping and regional sales meetings to build partner relationships • Own regional partner MDF plans and budgets for accelerating end-user pipeline • Monitor and report on sales and operational results based on OKRs • Manage and drive partner engagement with internal sales organization for resell and co-sell • Work closely with regional AE teams on partner engagement and co-sell goals and support them on quota attainment and pipeline generation
