Expected Outcomes and Requirements: Gateway is hiring a Field Technician (FWA) to assist in building and maintaining our network expansion efforts in support of Gateway’s growth trajectory of adding 100,000 residential & business passings per year. The Field Tech (FWA) is expected to contribute in the following significant ways: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Dispatch from your home daily and work in your geographical area. Perform installation and service of wireless internet at customer locations. Maintain inventory of necessary materials and tools for company vehicles. Recognize, practice, and ensure safety rules and procedures. Keep company vehicle clean and maintained. Hand out marketing material, and willingly promote Gateway Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills Possess basic computer skills and be willing to learn new technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day. Must demonstrate accountability in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Must be professional in dress, speech, and manner.
