Responsibilities - Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option. - Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to leads provided by the company. - Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits. - Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the timeline for resolution. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and agreements within the company's CRM system to ensure accountability and follow-through. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. - Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement. - Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients. Requirements - 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Debt Settlement, or a related field. - Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center technology. - Proficient in Google Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. - Skilled in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections confidently, and guide them toward informed financial decisions. - Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required. - Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Pay Solid performers can earn between $120,000 and $260,000 annually!
