Keine Wasserfall-Specs, sondern Eigenverantwortung. - Mit AI Lösungen entwickeln: Claude Code, LLM-APIs und AI-gestützte Workflows sind bei uns kein Experiment, sondern der Standard. Du baust Features schneller, weil Du AI als Multiplikator einsetzt. - Produkt mitgestalten: Du sitzt mit am Tisch, wenn wir neue Produkte und Features planen. Deine Meinung zählt vom ersten Tag. - Infrastruktur mitbauen: CI/CD, Datenbank-Architektur, API-Design - pragmatisch und ohne Silos. Qualifikation Du passt zu uns, wenn: - Du eigene Projekte gebaut hast - ob SaaS-Tool, Open-Source-Projekt, App oder Bot. Zeig uns, was Du gebaut hast. Das zählt mehr als jedes Zeugnis. - Du AI als Entwicklungswerkzeug nutzt - Claude Code, Cursor, Codex oder ähnliche Tools sind für Dich keine Spielerei, sondern Alltag. Du weißt, wie man mit AI schneller und besser entwickelt. - Du Dich in Laravel, Vue.js und SQL wohlfühlst und Du schlechten AI Slop von exzellentem Code unterscheiden kannst. - Du eigenständig arbeitest - nicht weil Du musst, sondern weil Du es so willst. - Du Startup-Tempo magst: Morgens die Idee, nachmittags auf Staging, abends live im Produkt. Admission to MERP allows students to be conditionally accepted to either Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM) or American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (AUC) and based on their performance in the program, gain admission to their respective medical school. MERP’s academic year is divided into 3 semesters with a new class of students admitted each semester. Since 2020, MERP is conducted 100% on-line. For this position, MERP offers teaching responsibilities and mentoring opportunities for doctors in transition between medical school and residency as part of building their medical educational portfolio. Candidates must be able to assist faculty and staff in all areas of MERP instruction and other activities as assigned.
