Director, Software Engineering – SAP SuccessFactors

• Define and drive the enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors strategy. • Oversee the migration and transformation of SAP HCM/SAP On-Premise custom workloads. • Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of the SuccessFactors ecosystem. • Drive vendor management efforts with SAP and third-party partners. • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors platforms.
  • 8+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in a technical leadership or architecture role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP clean core, extensibility frameworks, and SAP BTP development models (RAP, CAP).
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
