The Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing will play a critical leadership role in the operational transfer pricing at Tripadvisor, driving the continued development and implementation of transfer pricing practices, policies, and strategies across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with the tax team, along with cross-functional partners in Finance, Legal, and other areas of the business. This position will report to the Associate Director, Transfer Pricing, and will be responsible for managing and mentoring internal tax professionals. Location: Portugal- Lisbon or Poland- Krakow What You’ll Do: Compliance, Reporting, and Documentation - Oversee and review the global transfer pricing compliance process, ensuring accuracy in monthly transfer pricing calculations and disclosures relating to statutory financial statements of foreign affiliate companies. - Oversee and review transfer pricing local file reports, transfer pricing disclosure forms, country-by-country (CbC) reporting, and U.S. tax reporting obligations related to transfer pricing. - Direct the drafting and management of the global intercompany agreement portfolio. - Direct US tax reform calculations, including FDII and BEAT. Strategy, Analysis, and Forecasting - Drive the transfer pricing strategy and advise on planning aspects of business expansion, including entering new countries, reorganizations, and cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions. - AI & Automation Leadership: Be a key member supporting the digital transformation roadmap to migrate from manual workflows to automated, data-centric systems. This includes implementing Generative AI for documentation drafting. - Lead the tax forecasting process from a transfer pricing perspective. - Oversee financial and economic analyses, financial valuation models, and the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to report results and strategic recommendations. - Direct functional interviews used to document the interaction of global subsidiaries and mandate adjustments to existing transfer pricing policies based on your findings. Risk Management, Audit Support & Leadership - Proactively direct the identification and mitigation of enterprise-wide transfer pricing risks, and monitor ongoing changes in global tax regulations and transfer pricing regulations. - Manage and lead global tax audits and provide controversy defense strategies/support as needed. - Mentor, train, and manage internal tax professionals to develop and grow the transfer pricing team. - Manage and collaborate effectively with outside advisors. Skills & Experience: Experience and Education - 7-10+ years of transfer pricing experience – A combination of Big 4 and large multi-national corporate experience is preferred. - A Graduate degree, JD/CPA, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred. The Role Behavioral health care managers play a central role in the collaborative care model. As the main point of contact for each patient and their family, you would both coordinate care and leverage evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve patient outcomes.
