• Provide ongoing data support for compliance-related reporting, monitoring, audits, and ad hoc analytical requests; • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL across multiple systems and data sources; • Investigate data structures, query logic, and reporting requirements to ensure accurate and reliable outputs; • Perform thorough data validation and quality checks, challenging existing logic where needed; • Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data gaps, and take ownership of resolving them; • Adapt to evolving data environments, recognizing when historical logic or assumptions are no longer valid; • Work with various reporting and analysis tools to support dashboards and data deliverables; • Contribute to reporting workflows, including spreadsheet-based analysis and lightweight dashboard solutions; • Manage multiple requests in parallel, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines; • Build understanding of business processes and data flows to continuously improve data quality and efficiency; • Document recurring logic, data sources, and processes to support knowledge sharing and scalability; • Collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL (must have);**
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. data warehouses or similar environments);
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data validation, and reporting;
- Experience working with reporting or dashboarding tools;
- Ability to navigate complex data environments with multiple data sources and dependencies;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to independently validate data and assess the correctness of outputs;
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
