Associate Director, Payroll Design & Controls

Cedars-Sinai

• Provide enterprise-level governance over payroll system design and configuration integrity • Lead the governance of Oracle payroll configuration ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements • Champion preventive control frameworks and play a key role in audit readiness and compliance • Partner closely with payroll and cross-functional leaders to solve systemic challenges

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related major required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of payroll operations experience required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of knowledge of payroll policies and procedures and corresponding federal, state, and location regulations required.
