Microsoft 365 Engineer

• Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, and modernization efforts • Assess customer environments and design secure, Zero Trust aligned M365 architectures • Deploy and support services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID, and Purview • Manage identity and access controls (CA Policy, MFA, RBAC, hybrid identity) • Monitor and administer M365 using security, compliance, and admin centers • Conduct and implement Microsoft 365 governance frameworks • Partner with security/infrastructure teams to integrate M365 with cloud and on-prem systems • Track roadmap changes and communicate impacts and recommendations • Provide documentation, training, and technical support • Maintain work items and delivery status in Azure DevOps • Ensure environments remain secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices • Document cloud architectures, processes, and procedures • Respond to incidents and support requests • Identify opportunities to adopt new services and improve productivity • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities • Maintain =85% billable utilization
Job Requirements
- 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in consulting or MSP environments
- Strong expertise in M365 architecture, security, compliance, and automation
- Experience implementing Zero Trust aligned security and governance controls
- Solid understanding of identity and security features in Microsoft Entra ID
- Knowledge of M365 licensing and tenant-level configuration
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Familiarity with Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Sentinel, and Purview DLP
- Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., SC-300, MD-102)

Associate Preconstruction Project Engineer – Battery Storage

• Assess energy storage technologies and site layout options to ensure alignment with technical requirements and long-term performance metrics • Support project design to maximize project value while minimizing construction and operational risks • Support analysis and present project technical risks and determination of de-risking solutions • Develop project capital and operational cost estimates and milestone schedules to be used in project financial valuation models • Support offtake, equipment procurement, as well as engineering and construction contracting activities to move projects towards NTP
• Design active fire protection systems, including automatic sprinklers, standpipes, fire pumps, and fire alarm/mass notification systems. • Prepare construction drawings, specifications, narratives, and Basis of Design (BOD) documents using AECOM templates and standards. • Develop hydraulic calculations in accordance with NFPA standards, UFC 3-600-01, and project-specific criteria. • Support the design of special hazard systems (e.g., clean agent, water mist, foam, explosion control) as applicable. • Conduct code reviews in accordance with the IBC, IFC, NFPA (13, 14, 20, 72, 2001, etc.), and UFC standards. • Participate in multi-discipline coordination meetings and collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural teams. • Review contractor submittals and RFIs, and provide construction-phase support, including field inspections and acceptance testing observation.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including full-stack engineers, product managers, and architects to drive quality across the platform. • Design, implement, and evolve robust test frameworks for scalable microservices built with Scala, .NET Core, and C#. • Define quality strategies for both backend services and front-end applications, contributing to UI validation for React or Angular components. • Validate and optimize cloud-native workloads leveraging AWS services such as EKS, ECS, API Gateway, and OpenSearch. • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, influencing planning, estimation, and continuous improvement efforts. • Strengthen DevOps pipelines through automation using GitLab, Jenkins, and containerization technologies. • Champion engineering best practices, guide teams on quality-driven development, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and incorporate modern tooling including AI-assisted development and testing solutions to elevate team productivity and product reliability.
