• Architect and deliver AI-ready M365 foundations end-to-end discovery, design, deployment, and adoption for mid-market and enterprise customers • Lay the foundation for secure, governed, and scalable agentic AI ensuring M365 environments are production-ready for Copilot, agents, and AI at enterprise scale • Design the secure, governed M365 tenant identity, data governance, compliance, and collaboration that makes enterprise AI adoption possible • Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor on M365 architecture and AI readiness strategy for customer IT and business stakeholders • Own rollout sequencing, pilots, change management, training programs, and post-launch enablement • Guide engineers and consultants delivering alongside you • Contribute to presales activities, proposals, and statements of work

• Supporting customers in their deployment of relevant Assessment tools • Understanding and clearly communicating the technical requirements of the Scale Assessment process • Supporting deployment through complete discovery • Reviewing and finalizing an Assessment Report • Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations • Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-Assessment actions • Log activities and updates in appropriate systems for accurate tracking and reporting • Conduct workshop with customers for AI Adoption

• Develop, own and support sales opportunities in Inviso's pipeline • Engage prospects through events, conferences, marketing campaigns • Manage customer feedback to shape GTM strategy • Communication and collaboration with Microsoft sales reps, current customers, and prospects • Research accounts to identify key players, market positioning, and sales opportunities • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information about leads, prospects, and opportunities • Ensure sales pipeline materials meet quality standards • Coordinate with Marketing and Practice Leads to align efforts on Go-To-Market strategy • Work with executive leadership to improve sales efficacy and overall customer journey

• Build and customize WordPress pages using Elementor with pixel-accurate execution of approved designs. • Translate Figma mockups into responsive, production-ready Elementor builds that align with our design system and formatting standards. • Create custom layouts, templates, and sections that are scalable and easy to maintain. • Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when standard Elementor functionality isn't enough. • Optimize every page for mobile performance, cross-device consistency, and fast load times. • Configure and manage WordPress plugins, themes, and site settings. • Troubleshoot layout issues, functionality bugs, and site performance problems quickly and independently.
