The opportunity The Senior Compensation Program Manager is a lead-level strategist responsible for the integrity, evolution, and application of Unity’s global market positioning. This role is a dual-focus position: acting as an Internal Insights Expert to synthesize global compensation trends into actionable strategy, and serving as the Technical Architect driving the execution phase of our global Job Architecture redesign. We are looking for a robust compensation expert who can navigate a fast-paced environment, provide hands-on leadership on new and midstream projects, and build AI-leveraged tools necessary to scale our infrastructure. The Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both. Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess for efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved. Our clientele strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments, you have to be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.
