Vice President - GTM (Enterprise Accounts and OCP.AI)
nemetschekBluebeam is committed to building an inclusive environment in which everyone, regardless of background, has an opportunity to experience a deep sense of belonging. Each of our unique perspectives amplifies our collective power, and by encouraging diverse perspectives in an environment infused with mutual respect, we arrive at better solutions. And when we bring the best version of ourselves to work, we can make our best contributions to the global community of people who build our world.
The Nemetschek Group is a pioneer of the digital transformation of the AEC/O industry. With our market‑leading solutions, we enable architects, engineers, builders and owners to design, build and operate buildings and infrastructure more efficiently and sustainably – and to shape digital experiences in all their dimensions. Our open, best‑in‑class software solutions and commitment to open standards empower over seven million users worldwide. To accelerate our next chapter of growth in the Design Division, we are creating a new senior role: As VP Go‑To‑Market, Enterprise accounts and OCP.AI , you will design and lead the enterprise go‑to‑market motion for the Design Division's new Open Collaboration Platform (OCP).AI and our broader design portfolio across Europe. Reporting directly to the Chief Divisional Officer and working as a peer to our Design brand CEOs, you will be the front‑facing owner of how we take our next‑generation collaboration platform to market, move up‑market into large “top” accounts, and bring AI‑enabled workflows to life for customers. This is a “startup inside Nemetschek” role where you will initially operate as a highly senior individual contributor, then build and lead an organisation of sales, consultative sellers, customer success, pre‑sales and select GTM roles by the end of year one. You will shape both the commercial motion and, together with Product and R&D, influence the evolution of our platform and workflows. What you will do - Drive an up‑market shift into large accounts, orchestrating cross‑brand, cross‑disciplinary workflows across architects, engineers and construction stakeholders. - Lead the go‑to‑market for Nemetschek’s new Open Collaboration Platform, shaping positioning, value propositions and commercial plays for design‑led enterprise customers. - Build, coach and lead a sales GTM team of people globally, establishing best‑in‑class enterprise and consultative sales practices. - Personally act as a senior, consultative thought partner to C‑level and C-1 customer stakeholders, articulating how AI‑enabled workflows and an open, platform‑based approach can transform their businesses. - Partner closely with Product, R&D and brand CEOs to bring customer feedback into roadmap and to align account strategy across the Nemetschek portfolio. - Represent Nemetschek’s Design Division externally at key customers, industry events and thought‑leadership forums on collaboration, AI and digital transformation in AEC. What you bring - Extensive consultative, enterprise sales and go‑to‑market leadership experience, especially if possible in the AEC / design / construction technology ecosystem (e.g. collaboration platforms, BIM, design authoring, construction management), ideally at VP‑level or equivalent. - Proven track record selling complex, multi‑product solutions into large accounts with multiple stakeholders, using a highly consultative, value‑based approach rather than transactional sales. - Deep understanding of how architects, engineers, contractors and owners collaborate today, and how open, platform‑driven and AI‑enabled workflows can unlock business value. - Experience building and scaling high‑performing enterprise GTM teams across sales, customer success and pre‑sales, preferably in a multi‑brand or matrix environment. - Strategic mindset with strong execution: comfortable setting a vision, defining territories and plays, and personally closing high‑value deals in parallel. - Ideally a good awareness of AI concepts and their application to workflows; you do not need to be a researcher, but you are comfortable framing AI value stories with customers. - Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset – you are excited by ambiguity, building something new, and working at the intersection of product, GTM and strategy. - Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage. - Location: based anywhere in Europe with regular travel to key customers and Nemetschek locations. - Shape a new platform from the ground up: Be the front‑facing leader for a new, AI‑native, open collaboration platform co‑developed with leading design customers – at the moment when it goes to market. - Real impact at scale: Operate at the heart of a global group that already serves millions of users and covers the full building lifecycle, while steering our shift from SMB‑centric revenue to large enterprise accounts. - Startup energy, group backing: Enjoy the agility and ownership of a “startup inside Nemetschek” – new product line, new GTM motion – with the stability, brand trust and investment capacity of a listed global software group. - Collaborative, open culture: Work with entrepreneurial brand leaders and cross‑functional teams who believe in open standards, best‑in‑class tools and long‑term customer relationships. Ready to shape what’s next? - If you are an ambitious enterprise GTM leader with a passion for AEC, platforms and AI‑enabled workflows – and you want to build something new on a global stage – we would love to hear from you. #LI-MB2 #LI-Nemetschek #LI-remote
