Program Account Coordinator
HALO Branded Solutions
• Assist in the management of the program to meet requirements outlined in the Business Requirement Docs and Contract • Support Program Managers and Account Executives with special client requests, events, and orders • Own, or coordinate with shared services teams, assignments and follow through of tasks: Engaging the Copy Writer, Web tickets, Customer Master docs completion and submission to AR, Creating web templates, Running and formatting standard reports, Basic proofing/reviewing of online store, Pricing checks for ERP match on online store • Working with Merchandising Team to track inventory availability for new launch or refresh • Create DOI specifics for review by Program Account Manager, and basic DOI testing • Assist with customer service if needed • Assist Program Manager with preparing content for internal and external program reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree preferred or combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations
- Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision
- Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
- Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports
- Flexibility to work with a team, take on new responsibilities and work overtime when required
- Basic marketing and accounting knowledge
