Tier 2 Customer Service Engineer, Microsoft Dynamics 365
Initiate Government Solutions, LLC.
• provide administration, configuration, and diagnostics in Dynamics 365 in support of the Veterans Affairs (VA) enterprise. • Provide Tier 2 support for Dynamics 365 end-users, including user access, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation to Tier 3 support as necessary. • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to Dynamics 365 applications, modules, and integrations. • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, procedures, and solutions. • Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Dynamics 365.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field plus 2 years experience, 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Tier 2 support role, specifically focused on Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CRM).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Dynamics 365-related issues.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ITIL processes and practices and the ServiceNow service management tool
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to provide work during core customer hours, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to attain a Tier 4 Public Trust clearance.

Role Description Stefanutti Stocks Inland is seeking an experienced Foreman (layer works/earthworks) to oversee labour, materials, and plant on roads and earthworks projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific contract or section of works, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. The role requires working to agreed programmes and deadlines in coordination with the Site Agent and General Foreman. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage one or more construction teams by allocating tasks to team leaders, skilled workers, and general labourers. - Coordinate and ensure the safe transportation of all labour to and from the workplace. - Ensure that all team members clearly understand their assigned tasks and provide on-site guidance or demonstrations where required. - Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing the use of prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with all safety procedures and instructions. - Complete and submit daily reports, timesheets, tally sheets, delivery notes, and all required documentation accurately and timeously. - Take responsibility for the care, use, and safekeeping of small tools and minor plant, ensuring these are returned at the end of each working day. - Maintain discipline, acceptable timekeeping, and workforce conduct in line with company standards. - Apply and adhere to the approved Industrial Relations policies at all times. - Ensure that the workforce has the correct and sufficient materials for daily operations, and arrange additional materials when necessary. - Prevent material wastage and ensure that surplus materials are returned to stores. - Remain actively present on-site, supervising multiple gangs where applicable, and monitor productivity and performance to meet required standards. - Conduct quality control checks, including alignment, levels, density, and overall workmanship. - Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to understudies, gang leaders, and equipment operators when required. - Ensure full awareness and achievement of prescribed production rates for all activities under your control. - Oversee plant and machinery to ensure proper maintenance by the Plant Company, adequate refuelling, safe operation, and adherence to start-up and shut-down procedures. - Ensure that all personnel and plant are on-site at designated start times and remain until scheduled stopping times. - Attend daily planning and cost meetings as required. - Escalate concerns or request assistance from senior management when necessary. Sub-Contractors - Ensure that subcontractors are provided with the necessary facilities and on-site support. - Monitor and verify that subcontractors perform their work in accordance with required standards and specifications. Survey and Setting-Out - Perform basic leveling using established benchmarks within the work area. - Set out lines based on profiles and pegs provided by survey or engineering teams. - Verify the dimensions and positioning of excavations, pipelines, manholes, formwork, cast-in items, anchor bolts, reinforcement, and related works. Materials - Request and requisition materials through the General Foreman as required. - Monitor and control material wastage through regular on-site observation. - Inspect and assess the quality of materials on-site to ensure compliance with required standards. Production Control - Draws up daily programmes in the light of set weekly programmes (the day before) and asks for the necessary plant, labour, and materials. - Implements the weekly programme agreed with the site agent and general foreman. - Instructs carpenters on what formwork to use by means of sketches or discussion. - Ensures weekly output required as well as pre-costing are achieved. Client and Contractual - Ensures that the work is being carried out to specification by application of knowledge of the specification. - Liaise with the client’s representative on-site (at a certain level). - Ensures that his workforce is working within the safety regulations. Staff and Labour - Improves the quality of his workforce through instruction and passing on his knowledge. - Assists in setting production standards for labour training. - Keeps his labour force motivated. - Assists with the liaison committee where possible. Qualifications - Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and/or an NQF Level 4 qualification will be advantageous. - A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience within a construction environment. - Sound knowledge of construction processes and various construction trades. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. - Competence in setting out and leveling. - Working knowledge of construction materials, plant, and equipment. - Proven ability to coordinate and manage construction teams. - Experience in staff management and an understanding of labour legislation. - Strong knowledge of safety requirements, including occupational health and safety legislation. • Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products. • Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, software, and external partners. • Demonstrate proficiency in low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) electrical diagnosis, controls, and module programming. • Apply in-depth knowledge of basic electrical concepts, including the use of various volt-ohm meters. • Possess strong mechanical knowledge of commercial truck mechanical systems with experience in motors and harness systems preferred. • Provide professional customer facing support through face-to-face interactions and through phone and email communications. • Complete timely and accurate case notes, repair orders, and initiate new cases as required. • Demonstrate professional appearance and effective communication skills with customers on-site and in remote interactions. • Complete training objectives and certifications as assigned by management. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Responsible for preventative and unscheduled maintenance of Hitachi’s Industrial and Chemistry products at customer facilities • Complete assigned On the Job Training (OJT) with the goal of instrument certification • Pick up and return messages and service calls from customers • Maintain appropriate records of all work performed in company service system • Manage and maintain traveling inventory • Protect and maintain company property • Fill out timecards and expense reports weekly • Maintain record of all training received • Provide technical guidance to junior field engineers and customers • Perform system installations at customer sites
• Rack and Stack equipment like Servers, switches, routers, and Firewalls • Run cabling based on the source and destination tables • Run Cables inside the data Center, from Cabinet to cabinet, from equipment to equipment • Assemble RJ45 Connectors, and use a scanner to confirm that the cable meets the Cat 6 standards • Oversee Cabling Providers for quality assurance • Assemble Racks Ground Cabinets to the general ground infrastructure of the Data Center • Label cabling based on source and destination • Trace Fiber and Cables, and create documentation in a source and Destination Table • Install Fiber optic infrastructure, like Panduit Fiber runner • Calculate the materials needed for a new cabling project with high accuracy, based on a review of existing infrastructure or a brand-new environment • Work as remote hands for Engineers to replace hardware
