What You'll Do: The Product Analyst is a member of the Product Solutions team and will have critical contributions to delivering product implementations. The Product Analyst role will work with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Technology, Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate and support our Monitoring solutions. This person will support discovery and solutioning for new customer monitoring implementations and support post-live efforts. They will partake in product development meetings to comprehend new functionalities and report on customer feedback. More specifically, the individual in this role will: - Serves as a Product subject matter expert and contributes to preparing internal stakeholders for the ongoing support of product pilots and implementations - Demonstrates monitoring solutions to current and prospective customers, explaining features, benefits, and usage in a clear, engaging and persuasive manner - Creates and maintains product documentation that the client implementation team can refer to for RFP, FAQ and other product collateral - Exhibits a passion for serving customers and seeing them successful in their product implementation, providing guidance and support in product testing and implementation - Manages high volumes of product implementation tasks and projects with minimal guidance - Responds with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a swift response or turnaround, and takes effective action in a timely and responsive manner - Thinks creatively, exercises strong and confident judgement, and is proactive in solving problems as they arise in customer integrations - Exhibits a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information What You May Need to be Successful: - Three or more years experience in customer implementations - Experience working closely with Sales and Client Success Teams from the pre-sales stage through the end of the implementation lifecycle, supporting enterprise level B2B SaaS solutions - Customer focused and a passion for user experience and working with people - Ability to understand both the technical and business sides of the product and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs - Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship building skills - Demonstrated ability to take charge of tough problems, attacking them from different angles and bringing together a diverse array of stakeholders to drive great business results for the customer - Organized, and energetic team player with meticulous attention to detail - Able to work independently with limited supervision and guidance - Ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload - Willingness, desire, and aptitude to take on new tasks, develop new concepts, and programs on the job Why First Advantage is Your Next Big Career Move First Advantage is going through a technology transformation!
