• Perform routine and recurring data entry in support of ERM activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Maintain and organize the ERM document repository, including files, templates, and supporting documentation • Support the administration and upkeep of ERM tracking tools, including Smartsheets, spreadsheets, and internal systems • Assist with updates to risk registers, assessments, and supporting materials as directed by ERM leadership • Conduct quality checks to identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and escalate issues as needed • Ensure documentation follows established naming conventions, version control, and retention standards • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and track required ERM information • Assist with preparation of basic reports, summaries, and status updates using Microsoft Office tools • Support periodic ERM cycles and initiatives through administrative and operational tasks • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and non-public information • Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.

• Lead the design, automation, and delivery of monthly and ad-hoc reporting on product performance, revenue, cost metrics, and member behavior, enabling senior leadership to make time, strategic decisions • Integrate and validate data from multiple internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy and constancy for enterprise reporting, strategic planning, and compliance • Liaise directly with stakeholders to resolve data integrity issues and enhance reporting quality • Develop automated reports and automate current routine reports to improve efficiency • Assist with various product related initiatives including but not limited to pricing analysis, collateral material, product dashboard, etc. • Support key product launch and implementation • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunity alongside Product Managers • Conduct member research to identify key member pain points • Provide accurate ad hoc reporting when requested by business line and product management stakeholders • Collaborate with business development to analyze member and market data providing insights and strategic recommendations that support organizational growth goals • Partner with marketing to evaluate and optimize campaign performance, leveraging product and member data to improve targeting, conversion, and ROI • Onboard, train, and provide ongoing guidance for analysts ensuring the consistency in analytics processes, data interpretation, and reporting standards • Serve as a cross-functional analytics resource for initiatives that span across the marketing division • Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.

Role Description The Inside Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for converting inbound leads, outbound leads, and referrals. Lead sources include digital, telephone, appointments, and referrals from the branch network. Focus is to convert these opportunities into full loan applications by promoting the credit union’s lending products, services, and programs. Additionally, they are responsible for generating sales through outbound calling with primary focus on current MCU members and prospects. Position is responsible to interview members, obtain relevant information, evaluate applicants' financial status, review loan application, credit history, income, and collateral information, to determine and recommend an appropriate loan product. Ensure compliance with MCU loan policy, federal, state, and NCUA rules, regulations, and laws. Responsibilities - Generate closed loans through both inbound leads and outbound calling efforts. - Support incoming calls from both mortgage and home equity inbound calling queues. - Make outbound calls from provided lists to achieve lending goals. - Focus on meeting the lending needs of current MCU members and prospects. - Pre-qualify prospective borrowers; prepare preliminary Loan Estimate (LE), initial disclosures, amended disclosures, and Rate Lock agreement in compliance with RESPA and other compliance requirements. - Lending focus includes Mortgage and Home Equity. - Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to support member’s financial needs. - Achieve referral goals set to deepen member relationships with MCU and support deposit growth goals. - Review the sales contract, income, assets, and debt information to ensure applicants meet MCU’s minimum standard guidelines. - Complete and collect required documentation prior to submitting a loan application. - Manage personal pipeline in accordance with department standards and compliance requirements. - Counsels members on the reasons for denial and advises how to improve their financial position and credit score. - Understands and demonstrates expert knowledge of products and services offered at Municipal Credit Union. - Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services. - Participate in ongoing training and development approved by HR and Management. - Travel as required. - Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned. Qualifications - College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in service-related banking. - Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. - Technologically proficient. - NMLS will be required.
