Workday Analyst

• Provide thought leadership and innovative technical solutions for new initiatives • Manage and configure feature requests within Workday • Support team members with technical issues • Improve workflow processes for efficiency and compliance • Adhere to global data privacy legislation, compliance practices • Stay up to date on Workday releases and assist in release management • Ensure detailed and accurate documentation accompanies all Workday configuration and processes • Identify functional gaps in existing processes • Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday • Provide demos and trainings to internal team members and stakeholders • Build reports, perform data modeling, data analysis, and reporting
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of Workday configuration experience preferred
- Thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-starter and initiative to get things completed timely
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to self-manage priorities and adhere to deadlines
