Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- 3+ years in people management
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- Proven experience implementing Agile best practices in cross-functional teams
- Strong capabilities in fostering adoption of AI tools to accelerate Product outcomes
- Proficient in Product Management & Software Delivery platforms such as Aha and Atlassian
- Strong track record of coordinating go-to-market planning, internal training, and sales enablement efforts
- Experience leading client discovery, demos, and webinars
- Experience working in global virtual teams
- Experience working in Governance, Risk, and Compliance related domains is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Confident engaging and presenting to customers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership
