Job Description

Executive Assistant

Fanatics, Inc.

• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to Fanatics Holding Co. executive team. While maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality. • Performs administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings on behalf of executives, with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners.   • Arranges domestic and international travel including; flights, rental cars, hotels, car services (where required), and dining arrangements. • Performs office tasks including ordering supplies and assisting with department wide initiatives and events. • Manage and coordinate interdepartmental communications between various members of the team. • Prepare presentation decks in PowerPoint. • Complete monthly expense reports for all supported executives. • Provide ad hoc support for the office of the CFO as needed. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least five years of related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including; Outlook, Work and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, constantly evolving, and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record keeping systems.
  • Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
