Senior Manager, People Programs

Voyager Technologies

• Manage employer brand campaigns and projects by coordinating content, timelines and cross-functional inputs from Marketing and Communications. • Buildout the Talent Champion Program, coordinating nominations, communications, materials, and tracking as business leaders are developed into talent advocates and structured interviewers. • Manage logistics for performance review cycles including communications, training materials, system readiness and post-cycle reporting. • Project manage segments of succession planning and talent review cycles. • Support job architecture and leveling with Comp and Benefits, including job profile updates. • Support annual merit and bonus cycle execution, including Workday Advanced Compensation configuration, manager tools and communications rollout. • Lead and support change management initiatives for HR technology and process rollouts, including training logistics, communications and adoption tracking. • Document HR processes through SOPs and workflow diagrams to support sustainability and continuous improvement. • Partner with HRIS, IT, Payroll and Finance to coordinate upstream and downstream project dependencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field.
  • 10 or more years of progressive HR experience, with project coordination experience across at least three of the four functional pillars: Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience supporting HR initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects within the design, build and implementation of annual and semi-annual performance review processes, payroll systems, talent acquisition programs, talent assessment methodologies, competency frameworks and leadership development, and/or Mergers & Acquisitions.
