In this role, the selected candidate will facilitates Agile ceremonies for application development teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. This position is remote and requires an active Secret clearance. JOB DESCRIPTION - Application Development Scrum Master. Responsible for facilitating Agile application development activities to ensure disciplined sprint execution, transparent workflow management, and timely delivery of MODES III application development capabilities. - Facilitates Agile ceremonies for application development teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Supports Agile application development by coordinating backlog refinement, sprint commitments, and task execution to align with technical and program priorities. - Removes impediments impacting development team progress, escalating risks and issues as appropriate to technical leadership. - Ensures Agile artifacts, metrics, and workflow status are accurately maintained to support visibility into application development progress and performance. - Familiar with: SAFe RTE/Agilist, Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Jira Align, JIRA, Confluence, PI/ART facilitation, Agile coaching/mentoring, program metrics (velocity, flow, lead time), Hygieia/tactical dashboards, CI/CD integration awareness, Miro/Mural, stakeholder/exec briefings, change management (Prosci/ADKAR). Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position.
