Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Statistics, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or similar)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Analytics, Public Health, Data Science, Biostatistics, or Business Analytics
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics/informatics, including 5+ years in leadership, team management, or project leadership roles
  • Strong healthcare domain experience including: Claims data, Medicare programs, revenue cycle, utilization analytics, population health
  • Advanced knowledge of: SQL, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, data governance, data quality frameworks
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, metrics design, and performance analytics
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
