As such, you will manage team member performance and provide continuous feedback and mentoring. • You will help ensure high-quality production releases by actively supporting the engineering release process, monitoring deployments, and upholding the standards of the Production branch. • You and your team members are expected to review pull requests thoroughly and provide clear, actionable, and constructive feedback that elevates the team’s technical quality. • You will lead and collaborate with the team on technical design discussions, ensuring alignment on architecture and implementation approaches, while maintaining the ability to both oversee high-level technical activities and dive deep into hands-on details when needed. • You will drive and own the technical roadmap of the team, assessing technical debts and assuring that the components of the team are scaling and are in healthy state. • AI-Driven mindset is required and as a leader you will be expected to keep evolving the team around AI driven development. • You will work closely with the Technical Product Owner and UI/UX Designer to define, plan, and structure each sprint, ensuring priorities are well understood and that the house commits to a focused, valuable, and achievable delivery. You are expected to understand the broader business objectives behind the work, translate this context for the team, and ensure that engineering efforts clearly align with those objectives. • As part of your delivery ownership, you and the Technical Product Owner will plan for incoming business needs and maintain a house level roadmap that is aligned with product and reflects both near-term priorities and longer-term direction. • You and the Technical Product Owner will balance sprint commitments with customer-facing responsibilities by driving the resolution of incoming support tickets, setting clear expectations for timelines, and prioritizing effectively so that customer needs are addressed while maintaining healthy sprint execution. • Follow a AI-Driven software development lifecycle, having human driving design and assuring quality while having AI running the implementation (engineers own, plan, review and AI executes). • Communicate clearly and succinctly, giving leadership the right level of context and prioritizing escalations based on well-gathered, relevant information. • Empower Senior Engineers to own key areas of the product and coach team members through their daily interactions to stay focused, intentional, and aware of their impact. • Collaborate effectively with other Houses, raising challenges and opportunities in a clear, constructive manner to support cross-team alignment, stability, and shared understanding.
