Facilities Maintenance Contract Analyst

Role Description The Facilities Maintenance Contract Analyst oversees the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with business objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, helping mitigate contractual risk and supporting strategic initiatives through consistent, accurate contract lifecycle management and governance. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. - At least 2 years of related experience with maintenance contracts for facilities, conveyor systems, automated material handling, or sortation equipment. - Thorough understanding of contract principles and terminology. - Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office and contract management technologies. Requirements - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, supporting a wide range of agreements including vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing arrangements. - Ensure compliance and consistency by confirming contract terms align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. - Partner cross-functionally by collaborating with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align contract terms with business needs and objectives. - Manage the full contract lifecycle by maintaining a centralized contract repository and administering contract lifecycle processes from intake through execution and ongoing administration. - Identify and mitigate contractual risk by flagging risks early, providing clear guidance to stakeholders, and driving practical resolutions. - Standardize and improve contract practices by developing and implementing templates, playbooks, and best practices while monitoring contract performance and compliance. - Support audits and reporting by assisting with audits, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting related to contract activity and compliance.
