Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development & Reporting - Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations that support manufacturing operations, production performance, supply chain, maintenance, and quality metrics. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and dashboard functionalities. - Ensure dashboards are intuitive, scalable, visually consistent, and user-friendly across facilities and departments. - Create automated reporting solutions that reduce manual work and ensure data accuracy. Data Modeling & ETL - Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and semantic layers to support efficient dashboard performance. - Work with data engineers to design and optimize ETL/ELT processes for manufacturing and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, Quality, Inventory, Finance). - Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across multiple plants and data sources. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with manufacturing leaders, plant managers, operations teams, quality engineers, - and executives to understand business needs. - Translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights. - Train end users on dashboard interpretation and BI best practices. Data Governance & Maintenance - Maintain BI tools, datasets, permissions, and refresh schedules. - Apply data governance standards, documentation practices, and version control. - Troubleshoot data discrepancies, performance issues, and data refresh failures. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, BusinessAdministration or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role. - Expertise in Power BI with strong dashboard creation and visualization skills. - Expert understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and ETL/ELT concepts. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Experience working with manufacturing data, production metrics, and equipment or operational systems. - Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
