• Responsible for driving brand experience in our wholesale channel: Build & execute effective and seamless omni-channel account marketing plans aligned with European Brand/category/retail marketing strategy and account business plans. • Drive sell-through of UA product via Wholesale Account Partners in online and offline channels through the execution of Global/European & account specific channel marketing initiatives. • Own the process of content co-creation with relevant account partners and agency partners in alignment with UA creative processes and direction • Support the development and seasonal update of UA in-store space environments and online brand stores in collaboration with creative, sales and visual merchandising. • Manage the annual account marketing budgets in close coordination with finance • Working with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager and the account sales team, you will create, manage, and deliver on seasonal GTM plans • You will be point person for all channel marketing discussions and day-to-day marketing relationships with the accounts in question. • With the account sales team you will help to define, manage and execute seasonal and always on POS marketing initiatives through local marketing agencies. • You will work with the commercial team to assist in account presentations, seasonal sell in activity of brand activity and account marketing support. • Report on/ measure the contribution of all account marketing activities to establish ROI. • Manage all outside agency and vendor relationships related to execution of account marketing plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in either Account, Retail, Brand Marketing preferably within France across a sports and/or lifestyle brand
  • Matrix Expertise: You thrive in global matrix environments. You know how to influence without direct authority and can build "tight teams" out of disparate specialist groups.
  • Communication Authority: Expert-level verbal and written French & English.
  • Understanding of development and trends in digital, retail & brand marketing and can translate this to UA direction- and execution development
  • Vast understanding of French and EMEA Retail environments: how digital and retail customers like to buy, the purpose of store and online and understanding of competitor landscape
  • Experienced with self-reliant time- and budget management
  • Good analytical skills to be able to analyze data, measure performance and strong in decision making
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
