Job Description
Field Marketing Manager
Evora IT Solutions
• Own day-to-day execution in HubSpot: build and maintain landing pages, registration forms, email sequences, and automated workflows for every event and webinar. • Set up and manage HubSpot lists, lifecycle stages, persona tags, and UTM parameters to ensure clean, trackable lead data from every touchpoint. • Monitor lead routing to confirm event contacts enter the correct HubSpot workflows and are assigned to the right sales reps without delay. • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track event performance, pipeline contribution, and KPIs — presenting findings to the Head of Marketing on a regular cadence. • Own 3 webinars per quarter from concept to completion: topic ideation, speaker recruitment, content coordination, promotion, and post-event delivery. • Set up and manage the webinar platform (e.g. Zoom Webinars, Teams Live, or equivalent) — handle all technical configuration, registration integration, and live event run-of-show. • Coordinate speaker dry runs and tech checks to ensure a polished attendee experience. • Manage post-webinar workflows: recording processing, on-demand hosting, follow-up automations, and recap distribution. • Own the Americas events calendar: trade shows, conferences, hosted dinners, and partner events — managing all logistics remotely including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and booth materials. • Act as the central coordination point for physical events: ensure everything is planned, confirmed, and ready before they arrive. • Manage event budgets and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI. • Coordinate with SAP, ServiceNow, and other partners on joint events, co-hosted webinars, partner sponsorships, and shared lead agreements. • Own end-to-end campaign execution for each event and webinar: email sends, landing page publishing, social promotion, and any paid amplification. • Build pre-event outreach sequences and post-event nurture tracks in HubSpot, segmenting attendees into the right follow-up flows based on intent and lifecycle stage. • Create post-event content assets: thank-you pages, recap emails, on-demand recording pages, and key takeaway summaries — in collaboration with the Content and Design Manager. • Ensure all event and webinar leads are captured accurately in HubSpot with complete data fields: source, UTM, persona, lifecycle stage, and ICP tags. • Work with SDRs and Sales to define follow-up SLAs and ensure every event lead receives a sales touch within 5 business days. • Feed event insights and account-level signals back to Sales to support timely, relevant outreach. • Segment leads into nurture tracks based on event type, engagement level, and deal stage — owning the post-event journey until leads are sales-ready. • Work with the Head of Marketing and Sales leadership to align event programs to target accounts, customer segments, and ICP verticals.
