Job Description

ABA Director – Client & Payer Relations

Center for Social Dynamics

• Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with payer clinical representatives • Serving as a trusted partner to payers and families for effective communication • Investigating, managing, and resolving complex clinical escalations • Collaborating with clinicians and leadership to develop client safety solutions • Serving as a primary point of contact for payer case managers • Facilitating communication between clients, payers, and internal teams • Maintaining knowledge of payer clinical policies and requirements • Monitoring changes to payer policies and proactively communicating updates • Reviewing and analyzing payer-related data for clinical outcomes and utilization • Providing education and guidance to internal clinical teams

Job Requirements

  • BCBA Credential Preferred (Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in relevant disciplines)
  • 3+ years of experience as a BCBA (Clinical Director) or in a similar role
  • Experience working with EasterSeals (ESSC) preferred
  • Knowledgeable of methodologies found to benefit children with autism spectrum disorders, including ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; bilingual ability preferred.
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in computer/word processing software
