The AMS, Sales Operations Manager will be an experienced, high energy and positive team player with a variety of well-developed organizational and project management skills. Position Responsibilities include: Working directly with Senior Sales Leaders you will provide operations support in the following key areas: - Fiscal planning - Variable compensation - Reporting; Business Insights and analysis - Forecasting and Pipeline analytics - Validation of Salesforce (SFDC) data; crediting, territory assignments, opportunity record types - Review and validation of monthly variable compensation data - Provide analysis of data, make recommendations for improvement and assist in the compliance for the following: - Budget - Pipeline - Forecast - Performance - Specific Product Lines The responsibilities noted above are not exhaustive.
