You will be responsible for leading the delivery team throughout large, complex customer engagements; these responsibilities include: - Lead the delivery team throughout the engagement and drive the overall vision and direction. - Work with the Sales Account Team, partner, and customer to understand the customer and the engagement, including challenges, partners, issues, and value being delivered. - Apply expertise from the Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance to promote the delivery of the engagement, including long-term customer success. - Be the single point of contact for the ServiceNow internal organization, customer and partner to foster collaboration, effective decision-making and customer agreement on proposed solutions. - Establish program governance to manage requirements in line with agreed scope, time, schedule, cost and business objectives. - Proactive development and execution of proven risk assessment, prevention, and mitigation plans, and efficient identification, tracking, and resolution of issues. - Mentor ServiceNow or Partner team members to achieve the engagement's deliverables and promote the customer's desired results. - Identify gaps between actuals and plan of record, proposing solutions and driving resolutions. - Work with the Sales Account Team as the Project/Program implementation expert during sales cycles. Qualifications - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Role Description The RBM will lead the division’s revenue, market share, and profit growth for a regional territory for Elevate and Genflex. The RBM is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales plans, goals, and incentives to foster a strong sales force that will consist of either independent representation or Territory Sales Manager(s) within the Southwest region, covering key markets in California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico to promote Elevate’s low-slope roofing product line including EPDM, TPO, PVC, asphalt, metal, insulation, and accessories. The RBM will work closely with the Sr. Sales Director, Vice President of Sales, Regional Account Manager (RAM), Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and other key Elevate/Genflex personnel to reach his/her annual revenue, square foot and contribution margin goals. The RBM will work with the independent sales representatives to integrate the execution of company strategic initiatives. RBM will work with the Sales Reps to assess local sales channels by monitoring contractors, services, pricing, competitors, and market positioning. RBM will work with the Sales Reps and Territory Sales Managers to provide sales call assistance when necessary and to assist with the drafting and implementing a business development plan for each territory. RBM will ensure that independent Sales Reps and Account Manager(s) have resources (data, support etc.), skills, and training (in oral and written presentations and technical skills) to succeed. RBM participates/attends all appropriate management meetings, conducts regularly scheduled regional sales meetings. As well, the RBM will actively participate with the closure of large jobs and the conversion of large customers to Elevate and/or Genflex. The use of Salesforce (CRM) will be critical in order to track projects and provide forecasting information. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the commercial roofing industry. - At least 5 years management or leadership experience. - A motivated self-starter. Requirements - RBM is responsible for developing regional business plans that drive share growth across all target markets and product categories. - Responsible for understanding Elevate strategic direction and executing regional activities consistent with this strategy. - Has a clear understanding of all target markets, interdependencies between channel influencers/decision makers, and works collaboratively with Sr. Sales Director, Vice President of Sales, Regional Account Manager, and Strategic Account Manager to drive share growth. - Able to formulate a Regional Sales Plan that incorporates strategies and programs with short- and long-term goals for each target market and key customer taking advantage of current business as well as exploiting all incremental market share opportunities to achieve/exceed annual revenue, square foot, and contribution margin goals. - Responsible for creating an accurate forecast for the region and key accounts and provides meaningful insights on customer and market performance- fully utilizing Salesforce. - Manage Sales Reps within market, driving compliance and desired performance across all product categories. - Monitors and communicates to senior leadership business trends, distribution patterns, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance. - Foster an environment of accountability, embrace change, and change management and lead by example. - Participate/attend sales meetings, customer events, trade shows and group exhibitor meetings, as required. - Actively participates with the closure of large projects/jobs and converting strategic customers.
