• Lead and develop engineering and reliability (SRE) teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment and technical excellence • Build and strengthen a people-centered leadership culture focused on continuous development, autonomy, and talent retention • Work closely with product teams and executive leadership, contributing to strategy definition and ensuring alignment in execution • Ensure the quality and operational efficiency of systems, including reliability, monitoring, incident management, and technical support • Promote the evolution of engineering practices, encouraging the use of automation and artificial intelligence to drive productivity and quality improvements.

• Develop solutions based on Generative AI and LLMs, focusing on building intelligent products for developers. • Design and implement copilots, agents and multi-step flows, integrating APIs, tools and dynamic context. • Work with RAG, embeddings and semantic search to ensure efficiency and relevance of responses. • Define GenAI architectures (prompting, memory and orchestration) and integrate solutions with existing systems. • Monitor and optimize application performance (quality, cost and latency). • Collaborate with product and business teams, translating requirements into practical AI solutions and documenting technical patterns.

• Discovery of undocumented legacy systems; • Corrective and evolutionary maintenance.

• Analyze high-consumption programs, transactions and jobs, proposing technical improvements, refactorings, tuning and, when applicable, decommissioning processes based on functional and technical assessment.
