AI Developer, Mid-level
SEIDOR
• Develop solutions based on Generative AI and LLMs, focusing on building intelligent products for developers. • Design and implement copilots, agents and multi-step flows, integrating APIs, tools and dynamic context. • Work with RAG, embeddings and semantic search to ensure efficiency and relevance of responses. • Define GenAI architectures (prompting, memory and orchestration) and integrate solutions with existing systems. • Monitor and optimize application performance (quality, cost and latency). • Collaborate with product and business teams, translating requirements into practical AI solutions and documenting technical patterns.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing solutions using LLMs / GenAI;
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js;
- Experience with model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, etc.);
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and designing AI interactions;
- Experience with data handling, embeddings and semantic search;
- Solid understanding of software architecture and API development;
- Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.);
- Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps (monitoring, evaluation, prompt versioning);
- Experience with fine-tuning or using open-source models;
- Experience with developer-focused products (DX, tooling, platforms);
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
