Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Education, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in people leadership (training, or related roles—preferably in healthcare or the medical technology industry).
- Proven experience managing cross-functional education programs, including strategic planning, KPI development, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
- Experience partnering with KOLs and working across commercial, clinical, and product functions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, proficiency tracking systems, and educational analytics is preferred.
