Inside Client Manager
Presidio
• Onboard and setup of new customers • Act as the primary internal point of contact for our customers in conjunction with account managers • Attend customer meetings to strengthen existing relationships, forge new relationships to better understand customer objectives, and participate in the close-out of projects • Delegate customer report requests, run-rate quotes, and orders to appropriate internal resources. • Maintain Salesforce account data integrity to ensure customer account, contact, and project information is accurate and up-to-date • Work with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements • Generate accurate quotes for solution business • Conduct forecasting and prospecting for run-rate business to understand future financial trends and opportunities in the run-rate space • Identify opportunities for cross-selling to the current customer base • Manage the registration process to ensure the best pricing possible for both Presidio and customers with input from the Account Manager and leveraging the Deals Desk • Partner with specific vendors to quickly and accurately source quotes. • Leverage relationships with vendors through meeting attendance and communication to maintain awareness of promotions and vendor pricing programs • Participate in sales operations meetings as required • Assist with New Hire onboarding support • Receives work direction from department leadership; however, is responsible for prioritizing his/her own work by sales allocation, date needed to fill, and logistics of work order • Additional responsibilities as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience and/or military experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Experience with SLED customers and contracts
- Preferred experience with Cisco, Dell/EMC, VM Ware Sales
- Flexible schedule to assist in resolving high-priority issues during peak periods
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (excel, word, etc)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space
- Strong customer service skills with a continuous service orientation focus
- Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization
- A drive for achievement and excellence, attention to detail, adaptability/flexibility, analytical thinking, dependability, initiative, independence, integrity, persistence, self-control, social orientation, and stress tolerance
- Interacting with vendors on behalf of the customer.
- Solving customer delivery and material challenges
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries, including quoting, billing, sales, and technical support
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.

As a Private Wealth Registered Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted resource for our clients and wealth managers.
