Senior Operations Engineer

• Provide 24/7/365 Tier 3 technical support for critical facility infrastructure • Delivering Tier 3 technical support to field technicians and management • Maintaining core site readiness by identifying, documenting, and prioritizing infrastructure deficiencies • Evaluating and identifying end of life or at risk critical infrastructure • Serving as a subject matter expert on cross functional projects • Supporting disaster recovery efforts for facilities and critical infrastructure systems • Assisting program managers with preventive maintenance scheduling and execution • Ensuring business continuity documentation is accurate and up to date • Managing capacity planning for critical infrastructure across assigned core locations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with critical infrastructure, electrical systems, and AC/DC power equipment
- Ability to perform highly complex technical tasks and lead teams, vendors, and contractors on large scale projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical requirements and expectations
- Positive, solutions oriented approach when working with internal and external partners
- Solid working knowledge of computing and internet technologies
