Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team. Ansible Government Solutions supports federal clients across the country with temporary and long-term staffing in the areas of healthcare, national security, and research. This role will be central in coordinating efforts across various departments while serving as the primary point of contact for both customer and employee relations. The Healthcare Operations Manager will work closely with Finance, HR, and Recruitment to drive the success of our projects. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in government contracting or federal healthcare staffing. - Shall have at least 2-3 years of related experience. - Strong understanding of government onboarding processes, security, credentialing, terminology, and compliance requirements. - Must be able to pass a government background check and meet eligibility requirements for security clearances. - Important: Ansible has a Facility Clearance. So you must be able to pass security and drug screenings. - Knowledge of contract management principles and experience negotiating agreements. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Preferred: Experience with government regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
