Senior District Manager, CAR-T

• Managing a team of field based Oncology Sales Specialists who will plan and execute territory business plans for breakthrough products in Oncology. • Demonstrating business and clinical expertise while building a strategic plan and guiding the team to deliver sales results within an assigned budget. • Possessing strong leadership skills and building a high-performing, motivated and engaged team while developing individual talent and managing performance. • Connecting with internal and external customers and shaping our business to help the appropriate patients. • Working in the field with minimal supervision, adapting quickly to change and demonstrating an understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of sales or cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate others to success.
- A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty (50) United States and willingness to travel as needed or required, up to 40%; which may include overnight/weekend travel.

• Responsible for medical device collection programs in hospitals throughout a defined region • Liaison with hospital staff to coordinate ‘Go Live Days’ for launching the reprocessing program • Create routes and schedules for Field Service Representatives • Analyze distances, drive-time, and labor hours needed for FSR assignments • Communicate labor needs to leadership and Human Resources • Educate hospital staff on the reprocessing program • Trouble-shoot and resolve problems that arise in collection systems • Collaborate with sales teams to increase device collections • Conduct periodic business reviews after launch and lead FSR through credentialing process • Management responsibilities include day-to-day operations and personnel management
