Your Mission In this key role, you will develop and lead long-term strategic partnerships with selected key accounts—including university hospitals, private hospital groups, and purchasing alliances. You will design tailored solutions, negotiate at C-level, and drive innovations that deliver real value to patients and healthcare systems. Start your career at Boston Scientific in our Health Solutions & Partners (HS&P) team in Switzerland as soon as possible as a: Business Unit Manager HS&P Switzerland (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities · Develop and implement account strategies for defined key customers, including goal setting, action planning, and performance tracking · Build and maintain strong networks at C-level (medical, administrative, financial) · Manage the entire account planning and mapping process: define shared performance goals, financial targets, and milestones · Lead contract and pricing negotiations across the full BSC portfolio, including value-added services · Participate and take a lead role in the Swiss country leadership team · Create strategic plans on how to drive and advance the Swiss business · Prove a strong leadership mindset and actively promote cross functional collaboration among business units · Actively coordinate and influence cross-functional teams: Marketing, Health Economics, Clinical, and Service · Analyze market and reimbursement trends, derive strategic actions, and adapt national strategy accordingly · Position and sell our ADVANTICS™ portfolio (Services & Solutions) to strengthen long-term customer partnerships · Execute projects aimed at improving healthcare efficiency and patient care Your Profile · Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent), ideally in Business, Medicine, Health Economics, or a related field · 10-15 years of relevant experience in strategic sales, key account management, or business development in healthcare · Proven success in building C-level relationships and managing complex contract negotiations · Experience in project management from concept to execution · Strong change management and problem-solving skills · Analytical mindset combined with a creative approach to solutions · Strong communication skills and ability to hold crucial conversations with different stakeholders on very senior level · Excellent German and English language skills · Ability to thrive in a matrix organization · High willingness to travel YOUR ADVANTAGES – WHY BOSTON SCIENTIFIC? · Flexibility and trust: We offer remote working models and, thanks to our trust-based working hours, give our employees a high degree of flexibility to balance their professional and private lives. · Growth: From day one, we focus on your development through mentoring, coaching and training. • Responsible for medical device collection programs in hospitals throughout a defined region • Liaison with hospital staff to coordinate ‘Go Live Days’ for launching the reprocessing program • Create routes and schedules for Field Service Representatives • Analyze distances, drive-time, and labor hours needed for FSR assignments • Communicate labor needs to leadership and Human Resources • Educate hospital staff on the reprocessing program • Trouble-shoot and resolve problems that arise in collection systems • Collaborate with sales teams to increase device collections • Conduct periodic business reviews after launch and lead FSR through credentialing process • Management responsibilities include day-to-day operations and personnel management
