Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud) Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones) Job Summary: Attention Salesforce Superheroes in the Philippines - we are seeking a talented and versatile Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Philippines delivery team. As a Salesforce Administrator, your mastery on functional skill set is required because you will be responsible for strategic engagements with clients, specifically within Salesforce Sales Cloud. Your "day to day" will include designing and delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box applications, as well as other third party integrations, along with business process analysis and design, configuration and deployment. You will be assigned as a Co-Project Lead on Accounts and provide oversight on a team of resources, holding responsibility for the general direction of varying projects. Key Responsibilities: - Work with clients to understand and analyze their business process - Collaborate with members to define and document requirements - Work on and resolve medium to high priority cases within the specified SLAs - Handle complex administrative functions such as, but not limited to, creating visual flows, implementing data model, data migration etc. - Provide end user support, working on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements - Be the immediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants, and Administrators Qualifications: - At least 2 years of Salesforce consulting experience in Sales Cloud (and other Salesforce products) - At least 1 year of Business Analyst or equivalent experience related to tasks in Salesforce - At least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications + willingness to achieve 4 Active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employment - Required: - - Salesforce Certified Administrator - Salesforce App Builder - Preferred: - - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Advanced Administrator - Salesforce Certified AI Associate - Salesforce Certified AI Specialist - Willingness to achieve additional certifications on emerging technologies as required per role - Salesforce Certifications desired, but not required. - Great work ethic (we talk about our Core Value - Grit a lot!) - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Creative mindset, with critical thinking for problem-solving - Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills (i.e. able to translate technical requirements into business language) - Can work efficiently and productively by using time wisely Thunder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer, and is deeply committed to building and supporting our diverse team through inclusive, equitable hiring practices.
