• Manage and maintain Salesforce platform configurations, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions. • Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. • Implement and maintain automation tools like workflows, process builders, and flows. • Perform data imports, exports, and data quality management. • Monitor system health, performance, and security. • Provide day-to-day support to users, addressing issues and training team members as needed. • Create and update documentation for automations and processes. • Flow error management: tracking and resolving flow issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Test and validate system changes to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements. • Stay up to date on Salesforce platform updates and recommend best practices.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST/SOAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
