Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our remote team. This role will focus on creating compelling visual content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, and storytelling across digital channels. Responsibilities:  - Create high-quality graphic assets for email marketing, social media, marketing campaigns, website content, and digital promotions - Design visual materials that support marketing and sales efforts, including presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, digital banners, and promotional materials - Develop on-brand visuals for social media and digital campaigns that communicate our mission and engage our audience - Design graphics and branded assets for marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and company swag - Ensure all visual assets align with Visit.org brand standards, tone, and visual identity - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling - Edit engaging video content for marketing, social media, and brand storytelling initiatives - Support video production through editing, motion graphics, formatting, and post-production workflows - Repurpose video and visual content across multiple platforms and formats - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, video editing, or multimedia content creation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across marketing materials, social media, and digital campaigns (portfolio required with application)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience designing assets for email marketing, social media, and digital platforms
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency
  • Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with nonprofits, media organizations, or mission-driven brands is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology

THE ROLE We are seeking a talented Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) Design to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in PIC design, layout, experience of executing engineering projects and be an excellent communicator and will be split between designing RF systems at component level, and providing technical leadership for the development of projects.
