• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and maintain high performance • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions • Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent, including passive candidates • Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and report on progress to leadership • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience • Manage vendor relationships, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition innovations
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
