Overview National Debt Relief is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer II to join our growing Infrastructure team. Reporting to the Manager of Network Services the Cloud Network Engineer II is responsible for implementing and operating cloud-first networking solutions across Azure and AWS, while supporting hybrid connectivity and enterprise network modernization initiatives. This role supports the evolution toward SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud-native networking while maintaining secure and reliable connectivity. Responsibilities Essential Duties/Responsibilities - Implement and support Azure and AWS cloud networking (VNets, VPC, routing, VPNs). - Support SD-WAN and SASE initiatives in partnership with InfoSec. - Configure and manage Fortinet and Cisco network solutions On-Prem and Cloud. - Partner with Systems Engineering on secure cloud connectivity and encryption. - Monitor network performance, availability, and security across cloud environments. - Support network automation and standardization initiatives. - Participate in incident response and network troubleshooting. - Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards. - Mentor Network Administrators and junior engineers on cloud networking concepts. - Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support. Qualifications Education/Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 6 years of network engineering experience. - Strong experience with Azure networking required. - CCNP, NSE, or equivalent certification preferred. - Financial services experience a plus. Required Skills/Abilities - Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts and architectures. - Experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPN technologies. - Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPSEC). - Experience with Netskope a plus. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions. - Experience troubleshooting / routing voice traffic. - Experience with Netskope as a plus. - Experience troubleshooting/routing voice traffic. Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $140,000 to $161,000 annually.
