What you will do The Pharmacy Sales Representative is responsible for creating and executing sales plans to achieve objectives by engaging with existing and potential healthcare customers, delivering tailored presentations, and maintaining strong relationships to drive product growth and customer satisfaction. You will schedule appointments, gather market insights, and provide timely sales reports to support business goals: Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories, leveraging personalized communication strategies and innovative sales techniques. · Execute customer orders through Wholesaler Customer Database · Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, including Pharmacy healthcare professionals, to expand market penetration and maintain long-term partnerships. · Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc sales presentations and training engagements tailored to customer needs, highlighting product benefits, competitive advantages, and incorporating data-driven insights to optimize client engagement. · Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and internal teams to co-create compelling, customized sales campaigns and support materials that resonate with target audiences. · Regularly visit customer locations to collect market intelligence, monitor order status, assess competitive activity, and champion customer feedback loops to enhance product offerings and client satisfaction. · Negotiate Visibility agreements and communicate effectively with 3rd party service providers to execute display activities as per agreement and activate approved point of sale elements in a compliant manner. · Prepare detailed sales activity reports, analyze performance metrics, contribute accurate sales forecasts and market insights to management, and proactively address challenges to optimize sales outcomes. · Continuously evaluate and adjust territory coverage plans and sales approaches to maximize customer engagement, capture new business opportunities, and identify strategic growth areas.
