• Focus on maximizing client satisfaction and value by analyzing client data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to improve our client success process • Report to the Senior Manager, Client Optimization • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying key metrics and success factors • Leverage customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable insights to the Client Success team • Build relationships with client stakeholders, addressing concerns, and identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities • Implement process improvements within the client success function to streamline operations and enhance efficiency • Track client success metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on progress to senior management • Work with other departments like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless customer experience
Job Requirements
- Up to 25% travel required
- Bachelor's degree is beneficial
- 10+ years' experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within the healthcare industry
- 7+ years' experience partnering with Epic enterprise providers
- Provider-based background recommended
- Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
- Epic proficient
- Proficient in Generative AI tools such as Co-Pilot and ChatGPT
- HFMA, CRCR beneficial
- Excellent skills with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Holistic, big-picture perspective with the ability to resolve issues
- Team Player, able to collaborate across groups and learn from others - specifically sales, marketing, product, support and implementation
- Flexible in working with changing needs of organizations

Above all, we are looking for the right person! The Associate Partner Success Manager works on the Partner Success team. They will partner with all teams across our Service department and are responsible for managing our small- to medium-sized implementations. Implementations include the set-up and support of a range of Curriculum Associates' products, including i-Ready & Ready. This also includes driving the annual license renewal and upsell process through high-quality service and attention to educator needs. • As the point of contact for product and technical questions at onpreo, you ensure that our customers and users love our product and company. • You develop solutions to sustainably train customers in the effective use of our product. • You continuously increase customer value by initiating upsells and cross-sells for our SaaS solutions. • Together with the Product team, you optimize and automate our Customer Success processes (e.g., via Intercom, JIRA, Userpilot). • You coordinate a seamless onboarding and provide comprehensive coaching for new customers. • You communicate and coordinate your customers' requests to our Product team, making a decisive contribution to the continuous improvement of our software. • Together with the team, you further develop the infrastructure for our Customer Success department (expanding the ticketing system, knowledge base, FAQs, etc.). • You qualify existing customers for upsell potential and present new products and features to them. • You act as a partner and technical advisor to our customers regarding the use of our software. • You communicate with customers by phone or via the ticketing system to resolve inquiries and technical issues quickly.
