Administrative Support • Manage multiple deadlines and ensure compliance with required response and resolution timelines. • Maintain administrative tools, trackers, and documentation systems that support SEAT operational workflows. • Apply emerging administrative and clerical practices, recommending improvements to strengthen data entry and document management processes. • Provide monthly status updates to the Senior Analyst on progress and assigned objectives. Coordination & Communication • Assist in planning and coordinating strategic planning meetings, governance briefings, requirements reviews, and project-related discussions. • Support communication with Markets and ensure timely responses to operational and corporate support requests. • Coordinate briefing preparation, data collection, and communication packages for SEAT and DHA leadership engagements. • Work effectively with dispersed partners, Senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to maintain strong operational alignment. Program & Analytical Support • Support Junior and Senior Analysts in gathering data for assessments of training effectiveness, cost considerations, and impacts on medical outcomes and patient safety. • Provide administrative support for education and training (E&T) decision-making activities, ensuring alignment with requirements and program goals. • Track SEAT objectives, deliverables, and MTF requirements to support broader program execution and reporting. Continuous Improvement & Technology Support • Stay current with emerging administrative tools, technologies, and best practices to recommend workflow enhancements. • Provide input to improve SEAT’s data management, document control, and coordination processes. • Support the adoption of new administrative or clerical tools that strengthen efficiency and accuracy. Position Summary: The Onboard Experience Support Specialist provides elevated support to our onboard Guest Experience teams before, during and after the cruise.
