Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Australian public practice accounting, with a focus on tax and financial statement preparation.
- Qualifications of the PHP CPA Board exam passed
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Solid interest in building efficiencies and not conforming to the status quo
- Good communication skills - verbal and written – being confident to ask questions
- Desire to mentor less experienced team members

Role Description The Jr. Accounting Specialist position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Accounting Specialist. Role Description The Associate Director of Corporate Accounting Policy is a critical team member of the Corporate Accounting Policy group and owns responsibility for key enterprise projects.
