We are seeking an experienced Teradata SQL Developer and Lead Data Analyst who will be recognized internally as a Subject Matter Expert that enjoys turning complex enterprise data into clear, reliable outputs for clients and partners. In this role, you will work within an IBM Mainframe and Enterprise Data Warehouse environment, delivering high-quality data solutions while mentoring teammates and helping the organization continuously improve how data is used to drive outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize Teradata SQL queries to extract, transform, and deliver accurate data outputs that meet client and vendor requirements. - Quickly build a deep understanding of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and upstream data sources to ensure data integrity and consistency across deliverables. - Lead and review work produced by less experienced team members, providing guidance, coaching, and technical direction. - Responsible for operating within an Agile/SCRUM framework, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, participating in Agile development activities, and managing production releases through Jira, Jenkins, and Orchestrator. - Support production processes by troubleshooting issues, resolving data discrepancies, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL, with strong expertise in Teradata. - Experience working with large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouses and complex data models. - Experience working in or alongside IBM Mainframe environments/tools (JCL/PROC, CA7, Endevor, MF COBOL). - Knowledge in all technical phases of each project life cycle, including post-production support. - Experience leading or mentoring junior team members and reviewing technical work. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience supporting client- or vendor-facing data deliverables. - Working experience on Unix/Linux, Java/JavaScript, Phyton, ETL and Cloud computing tools (AWS/OpenShift, ReactJS, Postman) is preferred. - Previous experience in Healthcare or PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Manager) industry. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,800 - 188,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
