• As Campaign Director for Poland, you will take ownership of your national list, leading online campaigns that reach millions of people each week and generate real-world results. • You will monitor political, legislative, and cultural developments across Poland and beyond, identifying strategic opportunities to intervene. • You will craft persuasive campaign emails, petitions, and calls to action that resonate deeply within the Polish context. • When needed, you will adapt and translate global campaign communications from English to ensure clarity, strength, and cultural relevance. • In addition to digital mobilization, you will help coordinate offline initiatives such as petition deliveries, press actions, and public stunts. • You will build alliances with like-minded organizations and engage in legislative and electoral processes to advance and defend our shared values. • You will send emails to CitizenGO’s supporters in your country to inform them about new campaigns and the results of ongoing efforts. • You will manage correspondence and consultation processes with members, including polling and feedback initiatives. • You will help shape the overall strategic direction of the organization and, when needed, support additional tasks such as recruitment, team building, management, and special projects. • You will establish coalitions with like-minded organizations to strengthen the mobilization and confrontational politics central to CitizenGO’s model.
Job Requirements
- You are based in Poland, and speak Polish as a first language.
- You have the availability to travel to Warsaw once a month.
- You have at least a B2-level proficiency in English. (Duolingo English Test required for non-natives, minimum score of 100).
- Spanish and other languages are a plus.
- You have enthusiasm for and broad experience with software tools, along with proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new ones.
- You possess strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking skills, with the ability to analyze socio-political scenarios, develop complex ideas, and communicate them clearly.
- You have a solid understanding of how civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning function.

Overview Through its Access to Medicines Program, CMMB partners with pharmaceutical companies, medical supply manufacturers, NGOs, and health facilities to deliver high-quality medicines and medical supplies to underserved health facilities across more than 40 countries. These health commodities, both donated product (i.e.. Gift-in-Kind products provided by manufacturers) and purchased product, address critical medicine shortages and improve access to safe, effective treatment for populations in low-resource settings. The Program Director for the Global NCD Impact Initiative (NCDI) provides strategic and operational oversight for CMMB’s expanding rollout with partners across Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. The role leads the onboarding, implementation, monitoring, and scale-up of the global program which focuses on improving access to essential medicines and strengthening health systems for care and management of chronic conditions (e.g. hypertension, diabetes, respiratory illness, sickle cell, etc.). Working closely with implementing partners, local stakeholders (including Ministries of Health, health associations and organizations), donors, researchers and internal teams, the Program Manager provides support and translates learnings to ensure program quality, compliance and impact across countries. The role combines technical leadership, partnership management, program oversight, and cross-country coordination to bring the program to scale globally. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Program Management & Implementation - Provide overall leadership and coordination of NCDI partners ensuring high-quality, timely program implementation at country level. - Drive NCDI partner onboarding and training, project management, stakeholder management, and follow-up on action items for local program implementation and research projects.
