Customer Experience Technical Assistant

• Provide technical support for Hosting and related services through tickets/chat/phone • Perform partial infrastructure monitoring • Mentor HelpDesk (1st level support) agents • Inform HelpDesk (1st level support) about widespread problems and keep them updated • Escalate Tickets to Infrastructure or other team.blue teams • Report bugs and issues to the PnT (Product & Technology) department or other team.blue teams for resolution. • Escalate and report infrastructure-related issues to the Infrastructure Team or other team.blue teams and relevant managers. • Handle cross-sell and up-sell opportunities • Coordinate with the CX Ops: KB & Training to develop internal and public knowledge base articles. • Provide customer feedback to the Managers in order to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction. • Advise Customers on developing their services • Helping Migration Department with migrations
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system environments.
- Good Knowledge of web and DB servers, such as Apache, MySQL and MSSQL.
- Good knowledge of mail services, including Postfix, Dovecot, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, and Sieve.
- Experience with DNS services, such as BIND and PowerDNS.
- Expertise in control panel solutions like Plesk, cPanel and WHM.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Nagios and Prometheus is a plus.
- Expertise with CMS such as WordPress, Joomla, etc.
- Good understanding of Node.js, Ruby on Rails, CDN, virtualization, etc.
- Expert troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Cooperation skills and team spirit.
- Self-leadership skills and ability to take initiative.

Role Description We are urgently hiring Seasonal Tax Customer Support Agents to support customers using a major US consumer tax software platform during peak tax season. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity for candidates physically located within the United States only. This is a short-term seasonal project expected to last approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Candidates must be available to begin training immediately. Pay and Project Details - Pay rate: $13.00 per hour - Weekly pay issued every Friday for approved hours worked the previous week - Contracts will be issued and managed via Skuad (Payoneer WFM) - Short-term project lasting approximately 6 to 8 weeks - Training is required before beginning production work - Training is paid only after successful completion of training, completion of the first production milestones, and passing the required background screening What You Will Be Doing You will support customers using a leading US consumer tax software platform through inbound phone and chat support. Responsibilities include: - Helping customers navigate tax software and complete next steps - Assisting customers with locating prior-year returns, amendments, and account information - Answering product and "how-to" questions - Troubleshooting login, account, and basic technical issues - Using scripts, workflows, and knowledge base articles to resolve customer concerns - Escalating more complex tax or technical questions to the appropriate team - Maintaining accurate notes and case documentation - Handling sensitive financial and personal information securely - Delivering professional, empathetic customer support at all times Qualifications - Previous customer support experience - Experience using or supporting consumer tax software such as Intuit TurboTax, H&R Block, TaxAct, or similar - Comfortable navigating tax return steps - Helping customers find prior-year tax returns - Supporting customers through inbound phone and chat - Troubleshooting product and account issues - Explaining product features and next steps clearly - Working with sensitive customer information in a secure environment - Experience with tax software may be from either professional customer support experience or personal experience using tax software and helping others navigate it Requirements - Be physically located in the United States - Be legally authorized to work in the United States - Be at least 18 years old - Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent - Have fluent or native-level English communication skills - Have previous remote work experience - Be available full-time for the next 6 to 8 weeks - Be available to start training immediately - Be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts if required - Be willing and able to pass a background screening Mandatory Technical Requirements - Windows 11 desktop or laptop (Apple or macOS devices are not permitted) - Intel Core i5 processor minimum, 7th Generation or newer strongly preferred - Minimum 8 GB RAM - Wired internet connection (Wi‑Fi-only setups are not permitted) - USB headset with microphone - Reliable power and internet suitable for uninterrupted work - Ability to use secure browser and VPN systems if required - Quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions Important Before You Apply - You cannot move forward in the hiring process unless you complete the mandatory pre-screen questionnaire. - Applications that do not include a completed questionnaire will not be reviewed. - Because we are hiring urgently, candidates who complete all required steps quickly will be prioritized.
